It’s not an amazing story actually, just wanna share... hope you enjoy

The
story began on Saturday morning in 2011 (forgot the date).. When i was accompanying
my mom to traditional market near my house, i saw a magazine “LEZAT Edisi
Khusus Berbisnis Frozen Food ala Rumahan” (no promotion)... i was interested,
so i bought it!!
After i’d got home, i started to read
that mag, there was an article about klappertaart business from “Moudy’s Cake” accompanied
with Step-by-step how to make klappertaart.. I yelled inside myheart “It looks
so simple!! Why don’t i try to make it?”
So
i bought ALL OF THE INGREDIENTS which were mentioned on that mag in several
places (baca : young coconut seller, mirota kampus, toko plastic buat beli
wadah aluminium foil, etc). I started to make my first klappertaart based on
the mentioned steps...
Couple
hours later....(halah!!)
Aaaand...taraaaaa...this
is it!! My first klappertart has done!!
I
tasted it with my two brothers...WOW...hmmmm....yummyyyy!! (i don’t lie, but i
mean it!! It’s so yummy)...but it’s still warm...it would be more delicious
when it got cold, right? So, i took it immediately to our refrigerator, but my
folly (sorry) was that i didn’t wrap it first, i just put it uncovered..
When
my mom arrived from a regular social gathering (baca : arisan..^.^),
o she asked “have you finished it? Let me try it dear...”
o and i said ”yup, i put it in refrigerator so it would be sweet and
yummy, you’ll like it mom!!”...
o SUDDENLY SHE SHOUTED “you put it on ref??? I turned the temperature
control off to let the ice melt, don’t you check it?”
o Me : “Haaaaaa? You turned it off? I neither checked it nor wrapped my
klappertaart...” hiks hiks...
When i open the ref, it broke my heart!!
My klappertaart was full of dirty water from freezer... huahuahua....T.T...i
was so sad and broken (really!!).. This is my first klappertaart, it was so
yummy, and i ruined it my self!! Oh God...How fool was me!! This was really
tragedy!! (for me..)
o Mom said sadly “i even haven’t tried it..L“
o Sorry mom..i’ll make it to you one day...L”
Finally last moth (baca : November
2012), so long loooong time after all that tragedy...When i suddenly wanted to
make a dessert to my family (gaya tenaaan..hihi^.^), i thought “why don’t i
make klappertaart AGAIN? At least, my first klap was yummy before it mashed
(huft...-,-a)”
Soooo...i made it !! I made three
klappertaart, they were coffee, cheese, and original (with raisin topping)...it
tasted yuuuumy...Sorry, i don’t have the pics... just imagine it, okay? ^.^
Yup, that was my story...it is
boring, right? But its not for me..because it inspire me to start this
business!! You wanna try my sweet yummy klap? Please order...^.^ i’ll serve you
